Project Description:
C4i (Command, Control, Communication, Computers and Intelligence) project with KNPC (Kuwait National Petroleum Company) at Al Ahmadi in a classified area; which is a project of National strategically Importance and shall act as a command and control center for KNPC Operations and is very vital in a security perspective.
The building is protected by a combined wet sprinkler and standpipe system. In addition, clean agent automatic flooded type fire suppression system is used for server rooms, electrical rooms, communication rooms, etc. Portable fire extinguishers are distributed in corridors and designated areas.

Fawsec Campus Residential and Commercial Building, Sabah Salem, Kuwait

Project Description:
Fawsec is a non-profit organization with the offices in Kuwait and USA, created to develop and manage many educational and health care institutions and their properties.
Fawsec campus, located in Sabah Al Salem Area of Kuwait City, has been designed as a group of interconnected midrise buildings, providing residential units (190 one-bedroom apartments), leisure and activity units. The total built up area is approximately 19,000 sqm and the buildings are finished to the highest standards.
Project Value: 30 Million US$.
This 18 story building is protected by a combined wet sprinkler and standpipe system. Fire Hose Cabinet (FHC) including Landing Valve (LV) are installed in each floors of four tower building. Pillar Hydrants are installed on Ground Floor. Generator room is protected by Foam System.

Client : Gulf Engineering Company.
This is a three story office building with one basement as workshop.
The building is protected by a combined wet sprinkler in basement and Fire Hose Cabinet (FHC) on upper floor. Fire Extinguishers are distributed all over the building.

o Prepare Fire Fighting drawings and material for KFD approval
o Create shop drawings for plumbing and fire protection

It consists of Supermarket & Shops, Social Development Center, Banks, Library, Mosque, Clinic and some Governmental Offices.
